The Concept Store opened last November and was the first foray by the well-known perfumery into a holistic lifestyle outlet.

The inauguration was held on Saturday 24th March to an enthusiastic audience, followed by a small reception where traditional Maltese food, wine and liqueurs were enjoyed.

Savina managing director John Magro said that the Concept Store’s approach shared important values with those of the upmarket Savina brand.

“Franks is an organisation that believes in quality! The similarity of concept between what they are promoting and our ideals complement each other and create the perfect venue for our exclusive range of Savina products, designed to include treats for all the five senses,” he said.

“This store widens the concept to include other items which in themselves are luxurious even though affordable. The store already has books, home décor, designer accessories, bags, shoes, wine and delicacies. The cherry on the cake will be the Savina Collection”

The Cornerstone Complex is located in Mosta, which has established itself as a shopping destination in its own right. In addition to Franks Concept Store, which occupies an impressive 720 square metres including a mezzanine floor, the complex also houses Label, Gajet, Sterling Jewellers, home décor supported by Kymono, Studio Moda, as well as other outlets.

The Savina range is inspired by traditional Maltese and Gozitan recipes and skills and includes savoury and sweet foods, wines and spirits, candles, crafts and music, all with considerable emphasis on quality, style and presentation.

The products are also available from the Savina Creativity Centre in Xewkija, from the Victoria Cathedral Museum booking office, XT Outlet at Tigrija Palazz in Victoria, Casa Rocca Piccola Shop in Valletta, Travel Shopping at the Valletta Waterfront, Malta Experience – Valletta, Departures Lounge at the Malta International Airport and the Limestone Heritage at Siġġiewi.
