The Maltese Merlot grapes are concentrated and fruity and produce red wines with ripe flavours and good structure. Modern fermentation techniques have been used to maximise the fruit in this soft, velvety red wine. The hand picked grapes are grown in selected pocket size vineyards spread throughout the Maltese islands. Ideal with red meats, rabbit, poultry and pasta dishes.
Serve at room temperature.
