Ingredients
- Savina pasta sauce with cherry tomatoes and basil
- Savina anchovy fillets in olive oil
- Fresh onion
- Savina olives with crushed chili and garlic
- Savina mixed herbs for pasta
- Fresh garlic and fresh basil leaves
- Pasta of your choice
Method
Place some of the anchovy fillets’ olive oil in a pan and fry the fresh garlic, a chopped onion and add a jar of Savina pasta sauce with cherry tomatoes and basil. Cut 2 or 3 strips of anchovy fillets and some olives and add to the sauce. Sprinkle some mixed herbs for pasta and leave to simmer for a few minutes. In the meantime, bring to boil some pasta of your choice, drain and mix with the anchovy pasta sauce. Decorate with some fresh basil leaves and serve.
