Ingredients
- Toasted slices of hard crust bread
- Savina bruxketta spread
- Savina Sundried Tomato with Garlic
- Slices of mozzarella
- Fresh basil leaves
Method
Spread some bruxketta on the toasted bread.
Cover with finely chopped sundried tomato with Garlic.
Add on top some thin slices of mozzarella.
Put under grill until mozzarella starts to melt.
Decorate with basil leaves
