Ingredients:
- Lettuce
- Onions
- cucumber
- Savina Sun-Dried Tomatoes with Chilli Peppers
- Savina Pickled Onions with Honey Syrup
- Savina Olives in Extra Virgin Olive Oil, with crushed Chilli & Garlic
- Savina Handpicked capers in Aged Wine Vinegar
- Cheeselets
For Dressing:
- Savina Infused Olive Oil with Fresh Basil
- Savina Special Reserve Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
- Savina Mixed Herbs for Pasta
Method:
Whisk together the Infused Olive Oil with Fresh Basil, Special Reserve Balsamic Vinegar of Modena and Mixed Herbs for Pasta and let it sit during preparation of the salad.
Wash and dry the lettuce leaves and tear into bite-size pieces. Slice onion and cucumber and arrange on the bed of lettuce leaves. Toss the Sundried Tomatoes with Chilli Peppers, Pickled Onions with Honey Syrup, Olives in Extra Virgin Olive Oil with Crushed Chilli & Garlic, Handpicked Capers in Aged Wine Vinegar and Cheeslets cut in pieces
Pour the dressing over the salad, mix well and serve.
