Savina Trifle

 

 

 

Ingredients

  • Sponge
  • Vermouth
  • Savina Jam
  • Fresh ricotta
  • Some sugar
  • Savina citrus delights
  • Savina fruit fiesta
  • Fresh strawberries

 

Method

Slice the sponge and sprinkle some vermouth on both sides. Thickly spread the jam of your choice and place the two halves over each other. Mix well the ricotta with some sugar and spread abundantly over the sponge. Add some fresh strawberries. On top of the spread, decorate with citrus delights, fruit fiesta and more fresh chopped strawberries. Leave to stand in the fridge for an hour before serving. Enjoy!
