Description

Brunello di Montalcino 2015 – Pian delle Querci ages well and is great for collecting. The wine is bold, rich, and full-bodied. Red and black fruit assertively grace the nose and palate. Brunello is made from Sangiovese grapes that take on the characteristics of the soil, vegetation, and climate of the region in which it is grown. Very well structured with high acid and grippy tannins. Fruit is secondary to the cigar box. The finish is dry and earthy.

Pairs with beef, lamb, game and poultry.
