Whole Taggiasche Olives in Brine



A loveable Italian olive with a sweet and fruity presence, hints of nutty almond and a firm bite.

These tasty olives, from the “Taggiasche” Ligurian region in Italy,  vary from shades of green to purple, with an unmistakable aromatic flavour. Prepared according to an ancient recipe, the olives are placed in brine and left to mature for 40 days. 

The fruity presence of the Taggiasca olive pairs up nicely with seafood dishes, fresh salads and citrusy flavors. Serve them as a stunning antipasto paired up with creamy, mild cheeses like mozzarella or provolone and a crisp Pinot Grigio.

Storage Instructions
