Patè di Pomodori Secchi – Sun Dried Tomato Patè
Description
This dried sun dried tomato paste is the ideal condiment for making gourmet croutons or for stuffing puff pastry pies. Excellent with fresh and aged cheeses. It can also be delicious with focaccia, pizzas and first courses. In fact, it is sometimes used as a sauce for pasta as well as flavour vegetable soups.
