Wholemeal Red Rice

Description

Piaceri’s Wholegrain Red Rice is an italian long-grain rice grown in clay and iron-rich soils that give it its natural, lovely red colour.  Its aromatic flavour is unmistakable, strong, and has a slightly sweet flavour. Perfect as a simple side dish to salads, cold dishes, timbales, sautéed with vegetables and pulses such as chickpeas and beans, seasoned with curry and various spices or simply on its own with a drizzle of good extra virgin olive oil.
