The Chianti Classic from the Chianti region in central Italy has a medium-bodied red wine with a high acidity combined with a dry aftertaste. The first nose came in with a classy note of ripe cherry, marzipan, leather, and red fruit. This Chianti Wine has notes of vanilla, cinnamon, black currant, and an amount of cherry.

Pairs with beef, veal and poultry.
