The Raspinotto Salami al Peperoncino is made from select pork of 100% Italian origin, with an added spicy kick of chillis. The cured meat is ground and kneaded to achieve the desired firm texture, it is then air-dried to bring out the spicy taste of an Italian salami al peperoncino.
Raspinotto sausages are sealed in innovative packaging which allows convenient storage out of the fridge.
