The Raspinotto Salami al Tartufo is made from select pork of 100% Italian origin, enriched with flavourful truffle shavings. The cured meat is ground and kneaded to achieve the desired firm texture, it is then air-dried to bring out the classic taste of an Italian salami al tartufo.
Raspinotto sausages are sealed in innovative packaging which allows convenient storage out of the fridge.
Pork meat, salt, summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 2%, dextrose, natural aromas, spices, aromas. Antioxidants: sodium ascorbate, preservatives: potassium nitrate, sodium nitrite.
