Description
The Raspinotto Salami with Fennel Seeds made from select pork of 100% Italian origin, enriched with fennel seeds. The cured meat is ground and kneaded to achieve the desired firm texture, it is then air-dried to bring out the classic taste of an Italian salami.
Raspinotto sausages are sealed in innovative packaging which allows convenient storage out of the fridge.
The product is free of gluten and milk derivatives.
Ingredients
Pork meat, salt, natural flavours, dextrose, spices, fennel (0.3%), Antioxidants: sodium ascorbate, preservatives: potassium nitrate, sodium nitrite.
