Venturino Pesto alla Genovese



Pesto is a typical Ligurian sauce, traditionally used to flavour pasta dishes.

It is an uncooked sauce of fresh basil, olive oil, toasted pine nuts, minced garlic and Grana Padano… ingredients, which if you close your eyes and imagine them together, will make you salivate!

Venturino’s Pesto alla Genovese uses only the finest, top-quality ingredients to produce this pantry essential… extra virgin olive oil and Genovese basil PDO from fields adjacent to their production house, give it its vibrant green colour and intense flavour.


Extra virgin olive oil (40%), Genoese Basil D.O.P. (28%), cashews, whey powder, walnuts, cheese preparation (cheese, salt, melting salt: sodium phosphate) salt, garlic, vegetable fiber, Grana Padano D.O.P. (milk, salt, rennet, lysozyme: natural protein extracted from egg), Pecorino Romano D.OP. pine nuts, acidity regulator: citric acid.
