Venturino Pesto with Zucchini and Basil



Pesto is a typical Ligurian sauce, traditionally used to flavour pasta dishes.

Venturino’s Pesto with Zucchini and Basil is a take on the traditional Pesto Genovese with the addition of baby marrows for a delicate  taste and flavour. Only the finest, top-quality ingredients are used to produce this great sauce… and it will make a gourmet ingredient for pasta sauces, toppings for bruschetta and salad dressings!


Zucchini (50%), Extra Virgin Olive Oil (25%), Cashews, Grana Padano DOP (milk, salt, rennet, lysozyme: natural protein extracted from egg) (5%), dried zucchini (5%), salt , Genovese DOP Basil (2%), pine nuts, whey powder, garlic, acidity regulator: citric acid, thyme.
