Depending on seasonality and demand, visitors can watch a variety of foods and crafts being produced. Artisan food-making includes Gozitan cheeselets, sundried tomatoes and figs, various types of infused olive oils, honey, nougats, chocolates, chutneys, jams, spirits and vinegars to name but a few. Please ask to view Savina’s introductory DVD.
