The white Roero (Piemonte) wine par excellence is straw yellow with greenish and golden highlights. Inviting aroma with overtones of blended flowers and touches of fresh fruit. One can feel its musky, almondy, herby, flavour. The first sensation in your mouth is a taste of freshness, then comes a little acidic intensity with a nicely bitterish taste. Back return of sensations offered by the odour, well-balanced overall.
Food matches: excellent with appetisers or with starters.
Recommended for serving with delicate meats, cooked fish, grilled vegetables, cheeses.
