Description
This cold-extracted olive oil is obtained cold from Castel del Monte variety olives, harvested in the olive groves of Bari. It is an extra virgin olive oil DOP with a fruity aroma and fruity taste with pleasant bitter and spicy notes. Its hue is green with yellow reflections. It is used in the seasoning of vegetables, soups, bruschetta and grilled meats.
