Description
Baci di dama are simply to die for! Made according to the Piedmontese tradition, two artisan, crunchy biscuits encase a layer of hazelnut and almond paté, made from the renowned Piedmontese hazelnuts, and a layer of dark chocolate!
Will make the perfect addition to a high tea or simply enjoyed as an evening after-dinner goodie! Just divine!!
Ingredients
“00” soft wheat flour, sugar, hazelnuts “tonda gentile” variety 20%, vegetable margarine (vegetable fats (palm) and vegetable oils (sunflower), water, mono and glycerides of fatty acids (palm), salt, aromas), 10% dark chocolate – cocoa min. 57% (cocoa paste, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin flavorings), butter.
