Description
Pesto is a typical Ligurian sauce, traditionally used to flavour pasta dishes.
Venturino’s Pesto with Peppers and Basil is a take on the traditional Pesto Genovese with the addition of a slight spicy kick for added taste and flavour. Only the finest, top-quality ingredients are used to produce this great sauce… and it will make a gourmet ingredient for pasta sauces, toppings for bruschetta and salad dressings!
Ingredients
Peppers (40%), Sunflower Oil, Cashews, Grana Padano DOP (milk, salt, rennet, lysozome: Natural protein extracted from egg) 6%, tomato paste, salt Basilico Genovese DOP 2%, extra virgin olive oil 1%, Pecorino Romano DOP (1%), milk proteins, garlic, chilli powder, acidity regulator: citric acid.
