Pork 80%, water Parmigiano Reggiano PDO (MILK, salt, rennet) 5%, salt, flavours, sucrose, honey, Marsala semi-dry amber wine PDO. Antioxidants: sodium ascorbate, preservatives: sodium nitrite. Casing not edible.
