Only the largest and fleshiest anchovies, fished in Sicily, are selected to become Piaceri’s anchovy fillets in olive oil. Using traditional practices handed down from generation to generation, these select anchovy fillets are preserved and marinated in a very short time from the moment they are caught, so as to maintain their unique taste and flavour.
Anchovy fillets in olive oil are particularly suitable for the preparation of appetizers, bruschetta and as a condiment for salads or pasta dishes.
